1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order placement or confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptionally high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication methods.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

FITEASE currently ships to serviceable locations across India.

Estimated delivery time is generally:

5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Remote or non-metro locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, FITEASE may offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates on selected products or orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

We may contact customers by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

FITEASE reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if we are unable to verify the order or delivery information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the relevant courier tracking service.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact FITEASE as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has been dispatched.

7. Delayed Shipments

Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, natural events, high order volumes, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team promptly after delivery.

Where applicable, we may request your order details, photographs, and/or an unboxing video to verify the issue and assist with resolution.

Any replacement, return, or refund will be handled according to the applicable FITEASE Return & Refund Policy.

9. Undeliverable & Returned Orders

Orders may be returned to FITEASE if:

  • The customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts.

  • The customer refuses to accept the shipment.

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The courier cannot service the provided address.

  • The customer cannot be contacted when necessary for delivery.

Re-shipping, where available, may be subject to additional shipping charges.
